1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brain Grid application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wolf Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Brain Grid is a block puzzle game in which you place pieces on an 8×8 grid, clear lines, and chain combos for a high score. The App offers daily challenges, leaderboards, optional cosmetic themes, and optional power-ups available through in-app purchases.

3. Account Registration

To save your progress, sync across devices, and submit scores to the leaderboard, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Brain Grid offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-off in-app purchases (for example, power-up packs or premium themes). The following terms apply to any paid purchase:

• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Billing — Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All paid purchases are made through the iOS App.
• Cancellation — You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a period.
• Refunds — Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For any other billing questions, contact support@wolftechnologies.co.uk.
• Price changes — If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, falsify scores, or use bots, scripts, or modified clients.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to believe these rules have been broken.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, artwork, sound, animations, and branding, is the property of Wolf Technologies Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Leaderboard rankings, daily challenges, and game outcomes are provided for entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of progress, scores, virtual items, or in-app currency, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile / Settings page within the App. Upon deletion, all of your personal data, saved progress, and leaderboard entries will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Apple (App Store) before deleting the account, or you will continue to be billed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
